In 2013, Hub City of Asian Culture recruits the 6^thstudent reporter. If you have much interest in Asian culture, Asian Culture Complex and exchanging culture, do not miss this chance. We would like the participation of yours.

※ Personnel organization could be changed and the number of constitution has

extended duration reporters.

※ HCAC means Hub City of Asian Culture.

2. Responsibilities

Fields		Scope of Work	Common
Report Team	Writer	○ Possible to report in Gwangju and Seoul. ○ Someone who can report or take a photo.	○ Managing a SNS or blog at least 3 months. ○ Motivated person who can take charge in their fields. ○ Someone who can speak Korean. (Foreign students only) ○ Participating in orientation, meeting and other festival in HCAC. (Excpet for Foreign team)

	Editorial Dept.	○ Someone who can deal with photoshop or othe editing programs and manage a blog.
SNS Team		○ Smartphone users. ○ Someone who can post on SNS 24/7. ○ Managing a SNS or blog at least 3 months.
Media Team		○ Editing HD movie , taking and writing an article. ○ Someone who has HD cameras or can get them. ○ Proposal, announcing, editing and design movie. ○ Possible to report in Gwangju and Seoul.
Foreign Team		○ Taking and writing an article in Foreign countries.

3. Selection Process : Documentation screening → Task Evaluation → Shortlist.

* Depending on Situation, we can take an interview.

4. Period : From February. 2013 ~ December.

5. Benefits and privileges.

○ Appointment letter, press and name card.

○ Supporting a foreign reporting to an outstanding reporter.

○ Providing activity costs(in 200.000 Won)

After monthly evaluating the activity costs will be given by different rate.

○ Holding a advertisement and project contest. (related with HACA)

○ Rewarding an outstanding reporter at the end of the year.

※ Minister reward.(40thousand won) Promotion reward(20thousand won)

6. Required Documents : Application and Assignments in each fields.

A. Making an application

○ Downloading an application at http://www.asiaculturecity.com or http://blog.naver.com/cultureasia and fill up your information and others.

B. Assignments in each section.

Report Team	Writer	○ Writer - 1. Writing an article about HACA or Asian Cultural Complex, 2. Free writing (No theme) ※ At least 2pages on each one. (Font 12pt, space:150%) * In case of Foreigner in Korea, writing an article in both Korean and English. ○ Photo Dept. - Hand in a no editing photo as a JPG. - 5 photos including a portrait and landscape. In 2months	○ Proposal for Yearly Activity. (Plan to Publicity campaign for Asian Culture Complex and your fields)
	Photo Dept.
	Editorial Dept.	○ Choose the two articles from the HCAC official blog. After that redesign and posting them on your blog. ○ Evaluating on your blog design.
SNS Team		○ Let you show your SNS page. ○ Hand in your proposal. About the contents which you want to do. (Choose a language between Eng and Kor) *Do not have any form.
Media Team		○ One video file(which you took charge in the all process) -Hand in a epilogue about the making a video file. (at least 2pages in A4) ○ Submit a video which you are announcing or reporting.
Foreign Team		○ Writing an article about local culture.(At least 2pages in A4)
