The HCAC Office developed a Worldwide Correspondents' Program for Culture Cities since 2007 to gather and produce data and information on culture cities around the world in a timely manner and work to consolidate cooperation and exchange with pertinent organizations outside of Korea.

Program Objectives

• To utilize local experts and networks in order to collect information efficiently for the HCAC Project and internationally promote the Project via newsletters
• To foster deeper understanding on Asian cultures and raise issues of common interest by acquiring greater knowledge of the different policies aimed to promote the arts and culture as well as of the modeling process of culture cities in other countries
